Pastor
Taylor is a Nashville native who joined with St. Luke in 2020 after 8 years of working in youth ministry at previous churches in Clarksville, TN. Taylor holds an MDiv from Memphis Theological Seminary where he graduated in 2016 and was ordained as a Cumberland Presbyterian Minister shortly after by Nashville Presbytery. Taylor loves his wife (Lizzie), rescue dog, theme parks, UT football, and spending time with friends and family.
Office Administrator
Rich was born and raised in Indiana, and upon graduation from college he moved to Chicago. In Chicago, he worked many Retail, and accounting jobs. He moved to Murfreesboro in 2000. He is glad and proud to be working with St. Luke's. He loves cooking, rehabbing, spending time with family, friends, and his two rescue pups, Georgie and Vivie.
Children's Director
Beth is a 5th generation Cumberland Presbyterian. Her Great Great Grandfather Rev. James H. Zwingle, Great Grandfather Rev. C.M Zwingle, and Great Uncle Rev. J.L. Zwingle were Cumberland Presbyterian Ministers. Her sister, Rev. Lisa Oliver is also a Minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Beth is a Graduate of Bethel University, a Cumberland Presbyterian sponsored school, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She has worked with children for 30 years. She has worked as a Church Camp Counselor, was a teacher in the public schools in Stewart and Sumner Counties. Beth has spent the last 20 years working as a Preschool and School-age teacher in child care.
Beth enjoys working with children and bringing the world to them. She also enjoys music, spending time with family and being with friends.
Music Director/ Pianist
Pamela has been serving as the pianist for St. Luke since October 2022. She was born in Charleston, South Carolina and grew up singing and playing piano in church and touring with a family gospel group. She attended the University of South Carolina and established Piersyn Academy of Music, where she has been a private piano instructor for over 30 years. She has been a part of the Nashville music industry since 2001 as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Pamela’s favorite things include spending time with family, singing and playing music, and having fun on the water.
Song Leader/ Choral Director
Bryan began serving as song leader of St. Luke Cumberland Presbyterian in October of 2022. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he studied instrumental and vocal music education. During his time there, he led the Band of Blue as drum major and performed with the MTSU Wind Ensemble and jazz vocal group MTSU Singers. He is currently a middle school band director in Sumner County. Bryan is also an active performer and singer/songwriter in the Nashville music industry as well as a member of the harmony trio, Sequoia South. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and writing music.
Organist/ Musician
Eliot Hinson is a music educator, conductor, and instrumentalist from Hendersonville, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (B.M. 2020) and currently teaches at Portland West Middle School in Portland, TN. Eliot serves as the Assistant Conductor of the Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta, of which he is a founding member. In the summer of 2022, Eliot participated in the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria where he focused on Lieder/Opera Vocal Coaching. He also holds a position playing Baritone Horn in the Southern Stars Symphonic Brass Band.
